We are seeking Business Development Strategists to drive the growth and success of our diverse range of products and services. This role is ideal for results-oriented, tech-savvy individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and are eager to make a measurable impact. As key members of our dynamic startup, you’ll work closely with leaders to develop and execute strategy, while expressing your ideas, creativity, and leadership. You’ll have the opportunity to build innovative strategies that engage our key audiences.

We will provide you with all the tools you need to be successful, including the latest technology and resources. This is a pay-for-performance-based position with broad earning potential. We are seeking several motivated individuals to be part of an ambitious team driving substantial growth.

This position will be remote. 

    1. Business Development Planning: You will develop a comprehensive business development plan that aligns with company goals and drives measurable outcomes.

    2. Lead Pipeline Management: You will fill and manage the lead pipeline, ensuring a steady stream of new opportunities and maintaining a consistent flow of prospects through the sales cycle.

    3. CRM Management: You will manage and optimize the CRM system, ensuring all prospects, leads, and partner interactions are tracked and followed up on efficiently.

    4. Pitch Meeting Calendar: You will build and maintain a consistent calendar of pitch meetings, ensuring timely follow-ups and alignment with key business goals.

    5. Product and Service Development: You will collaborate with the team to develop new products and services tailored to meet market demand and expand our offering.

    6. Engaging Pitches: You will craft compelling, data-driven pitches that effectively communicate the value of our products and services to potential clients and partners.

    7. Lead Generation and Nurturing: You will drive lead generation efforts through outreach and relationship-building, ensuring new business opportunities are consistently identified and nurtured.

Operations Strategist

STRATEGY HQ is transforming the consulting landscape by redefining how we engage and develop leaders. We’re looking for a part-time Operations Strategist to join our innovative and dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, embraces challenges, and is excited about making a tangible impact. You’ll be involved in supporting the founder with projects across strategy, legal, communications, administration, marketing, and business development. 

Additionally, your responsibilities will include project management, event and meeting planning, research, writing, and website and social media management, leveraging technology to drive success. If you’re a proactive problem-solver with a passion for excellence, we want to hear from you.

This position will be hybrid in the Washington, DC Metro area. 

    1. Project Management: Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

    2. Event and Meeting Planning: Organize and coordinate events and meetings, including professional development workshops and community engagement activities.

    3. Strategy Development: Contribute to the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to drive growth and success.

    4. Legal and Compliance Support: Assist with legal research, documentation, and compliance-related tasks.

    5. Communications: Support internal and external communications, including drafting emails, press releases, and newsletters.

    6. Administrative Tasks: Handle administrative responsibilities such as scheduling, correspondence, and office management.

    7. Marketing and Business Development: Assist in creating marketing materials, conducting market research, and identifying business development opportunities.

    8. Research and Writing: Conduct thorough research and prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and documentation.

    9. Website and Social Media Management: Build engaging content for the website and manage its social media presence to optimize engagement.

Program Strategist

STRATEGY HQ is transforming the consulting landscape by redefining how we engage and develop leaders. We’re looking for a part-time Program Strategist to join our innovative and dynamic team. 

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety, embraces challenges, and is excited about making a tangible impact. You’ll be involved in designing programs, customer journeys, researching, writing, and editing content, writing standard operating procedures, and creating program and service descriptions. Additionally, you’ll be developing new program and service ideas, creating budgets, timelines, KPIs, and key deliverables, optimizing processes, and building tracking mechanisms. 

We’re willing to train highly motivated individuals who have a keen attention to detail, strong written and verbal communication skills, and who are very organized, reliable, and able to deliver results no matter the challenges. This position will be remote.

    1. Program Design: Develop comprehensive program structures and customer journeys that align with organizational goals.

    2. Research and Content Creation: Conduct thorough research and write, edit, and maintain high-quality content including blog posts, fact sheets, and research reports.

    3. Standard Operating Procedures: Write detailed standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in program delivery.

    6. Budget and Timeline Creation: Develop detailed budgets, timelines, KPIs, and key deliverables to ensure successful program implementation.

    7. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

    8. Tracking Mechanisms: Build and maintain tracking mechanisms to monitor program performance and outcomes.

Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a part-time Marketing Strategist to craft and implement creative marketing strategies that amplify our brand and deliver measurable results. This role is ideal for an innovative and resourceful leader who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to make an impact. As a key member of our dynamic startup, you’ll have the opportunity to express your ideas, creativity, and leadership while helping to build something extraordinary.

While expertise in all areas is not required, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a desire to grow, and the ability to learn quickly. If you’re eager to expand your skills and make a tangible impact, we are willing to provide training to help you succeed.

This is a part-time hourly position based in the D.C. area.

    1. Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and execute creative marketing plans that align with organizational objectives and maximize audience engagement.

    2. Content Calendar Management: Build and maintain a detailed content calendar, coordinating themes, deadlines, and deliverables across platforms.

    3. Content Creation: Write and produce high-quality content for social and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand voice and goals.

    4. Video Production Support: Assist with video recording, scriptwriting, editing, and other production tasks to create dynamic visual content.

    5. Social Media Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube to optimize engagement and grow our online presence.

    6. Tech-Savvy Execution: Use tools like Canva, drag-and-drop website editors, and CRMs to create impactful visuals, manage campaigns, and streamline workflows.

    7. Collaborative Storytelling: Work with the team to craft compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences and elevate the brand’s voice.

    8. Event and Campaign Support: Help develop marketing materials and support logistics for events, webinars, and other outreach efforts.
